We figured we'd probably never fly to Vanuatu or Fiji so why not try cruising. This South Pacific 14 day cruise offer popped into our inbox and we signed up - no consideration for the ship or the time of year - but it turned out to be a great decision. We had such a good time!

Cabin and staff are fine.
Entertainment apart from main shows is third rate.
Food is bland and cheap.
THIS IS A PROFIT DRIVEN SHIP AT THE COST OF QUALITY.
Entertainment Staff appear to go through the motions and do the minimum that is required.

I chose the cruise for the port of calls and being a new Ship.What I found was this cruise is for the over 70's and disabled .Many of the crew members were enjoying guest services.the older people were hogging all the facilities and were a pain to walk past or get a seat anywhere.

Most of the usual PRINCESS pluses were apparent. Great entertainment, hard working cabin, food and wait staff. A decor not as over the top as some competitors. Lower booze prices and the chance to bring on-board 329 2 free bottles of wine + pay corkage on more.

This was our first Princess cruise and having sailed on Celebrity many times it was a lovely surprise. The ship is only a few years old and well looked after, everything sparkled.
