This was the seventh cruise for my husband and me, the fourth with Princess. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We knew the weather would be hot and humid, but were not prepared for how exhausting it would be. (Of course, I'm not implying that this was Princess's fault!) Expected a lot more for Xmas cruise; few decorations and little music/shows. Only decent production show was broken; entertainment not good except 2guest entertainers. We chose the Emerald Princess to see the Panama Canal. Ports that we visited were all excellent enjoying Cartagena, Columbia thee most, other than the Panama Canal. All the other ports -Puerto Rica, San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua, Huatulco Obando Puerto Vallarta were also very enjoyable. The food on the Emerald Princess was great along with the staff.
