My wife have always wanted to visit Alaska by a cruise ship. So it was between Princess and Holland America as they offered the most itineraries with Glacier Bay. I chose Princess Cruise for 2 reasons. I used to do security in tge building in Seattle where their customer service was and they where wonderful folks. They made a great impression on me. I have been wanting to see Alaska for years. Finally, my dream came true.
The staff on the Ruby were fantastic. The meals and the menu couldn’t be any better. I loved gathering with my family every night at the Michael Angelo. The staff made us feel appreciated and welcomed. They were part of the family. The service was five star all the way!

we Really enjoyed this cruise. The food was great. The people were friendly & helpful. Best message I have had in years. We enjoyed the shows especially the comedian , I think Carlos.
