Food was not what I have had on previous cruises on Princess. Very poor quality food. I don't think most of the food was cook to order. The ice scream was fake the LOVE BOAT cake was not like before it was fake. Hamburger was mystery meat. Would not go on another Princess ...

I was nervous to sail as Omicron was just identified but I did feel “safe” as one could due to all the precautions/changes implemented by Princess. We were all vaccinated & tested negative just prior to sailing (proof required & reviewed), passengers were masked & distanced indoors and at venues (except for food & drink). Embarkation was amazingly swift with the medallion, Muster was modified to ...

This was a short 5 day cruise to Cabo San Lucas. I've taken this cruise many times before. The food was horrible in the dining room. Couldn't tell from the menu listing what kind of food you were getting. Waiter didn't even know what the word "Beef" meant when I asked if there was any available. Waiter forgot to serve 1st courses. Head Waiter(?)/ Maitre de was very rude, condescending and should ...

This was a short, 5 day cruise, going solo, to celebrate my recent retirement. For me, it was about a short time alone to just decompress. The cruise was everything I needed. And, I may consider cruising solo again. It was great to set my own pace. The room, with a balcony, B510, was ideally located. I could get to the DaVinci and Bottechelli easily enough. The Stewart, Estivan, was ...

It was a great cruise and we really enjoyed the Majestic. It was our second time on the Majestic and just as good as the first time. Food was so good!! We only ate in the MarketPlace The food on Princess has really improved during the Covid break. I know lots of people don't like the buffet but that's the only place we eat and have not been disappointed. I wish I could get the recipe ...

I'm guessing that some cruisers are reluctant to cruise just yet, with the need to get a COVID antigen test within 2 days of embarkation and then wearing masks on board. So what I got for my willingness to do these was a 40% capacity ship - I've never cruised on such a lightly populated cruise ship ever. What a beautiful cruise ship no less! The Majestic Princess is the only Princess ship that has ...

We chose this sailing for extra sea days vs LA departures, as well as the back to back with a Mexican Riviera sailing. We booked very close in due to the dynamic nature of travel restrictions but were pleased to find a *wide* selection of cabins in every category. The ship sailed with approximately 700 guests and 1100 crew, resulting in an industry-leading 2:3 passenger:crew ratio, and *boy* ...

Dated, rusty, boring

This was a 10 day cruise from SF to Cabo, despite it showing as a cancelled 15 day Hawaiian. Service was good with staff being attentive and up to Princess standards. There were only 670 passengers out of full 3000 capacity. Princess older fleet starting to show its age and Ruby is not exception. The outer haul and some other outdoor areas, including balconies are full of rust, despite just ...

This itinerary was for the 10 day California Coast w / Cabo San Lucas round trip from San Francisco. Let me first say, I have a point of reference as I’ve cruised on the Ruby before. I know what she is capable of, and this cruise didn’t even come close. First the good. The staff was 5 star all around. Eager to please, always with a warm welcome and smile, clearly happy to be back at ...

We were looking to get away for some sunshine and relaxation and booked the Grand Princess 10 day Sea of Cortez cruise. We had a wonderful time. Yes, there’s restrictions with covid precautions, but that didn’t have much impact on our enjoyment. The staff in every department onboard the Grand Princess were absolutely fantastic. Dining: Princess has redone some of the menus. The ...
