We took a girl's trip with 11 friends from March 5-12 and overall, the service and food were poor to average at best. My food was either lukewarm or cold, it took an hour to get a drink at diner, the buffet food was horrible. All the meals took over 2 hours due to slow service and they made the drinks wrong half the time. The staff morale seemed low, and I was disappointed, as I expected a ...
Terrible horrible watered-down food. When the chefs when they came out on the cooking demonstration, I BOO’D them like the Princess Bride. Boo Boo Boooo. The executive chef has been with Princess for 23 years? Really? 23 years of watering down food? They pay him to water down food huh!
I will never sail this giant piece of large watered-down food boat. Gross. Never again.
Don’t waste ...
The staff was go good, prompt, friendly. The Bar staff on the 7th deck at the Princess Live" area were simply delightful. Jorge from Peru, and Marista from? Thank you to them.
Our cabin steward was quick when we called, room was always made up when we came in and out of room. Quick with any on/off board information we needed. His name was Joe, our cabin was M506. Thanks for making our ...
“Encore” was the best production show we’ve ever seen on a cruise! The talent was incredible! Staging, costumes, and choreography were top notch.
Service throughout the ship couldn’t have been better! We traveled with my elderly mom, who required a wheelchair. Staff were consistently helpful at every venue. “You’d like seven pillows? No problem!” They seemed very upbeat and pleased to be ...
We cruised on the Grand Princess in the Mexican Baja peninsula for 10 days at the start of March.
The pre-embarkation process was grim. The medallion app is horrid to use and is/was required to enter the required information to be ready for embarkation. It took hours, it didn’t recognize our address and as a result we couldn’t put in return airports etc. Two calls to customer service were ...
This was a last minute cruise for my birthday--booked 4 days prior to departure.
Reason--close port, price and Vacations to Go offered a 'single rate' without a single supplement-Huge incentive!
Entertainment was excellent. Food was average, but good variety.
Service very good. So glad ship was half capacity. This sailing was supposed to be a "Love Boat" theme. I was told
that it was ...
We had a great cruise on the Majestic Princess despite the cancellation of the "Love Boat" reunion with the TV show cast. The ship was less than a third capacity and the staff was enthusiastic to see and serve the passengers. The Production Shows were great as usual even though the dancers were required to wear masks which, I'm sure, was difficult and distracting. The other entertainment venues ...
What a difference a day makes. Got a notice on 1 March addressing the new CDC masks rules. New signage at the elevators, and gone are the Masks Required sign at the buffet. Went to breakfast and only half wearing masks. People are ready for a new day.
We were on this ship in Dec 2021, and had booked the Love Boat Cruise, which was cancelled. Many groups wearing Love Boat theme t-shirts, some ...
While the ahip was only 40% of capacity and there were no lines it seemed that they were trying hard to deliver the cruise we have experienced prior to Covid. The dining experience was poor with meals being substandard Are they trying to reduce coats?
The entertainers were excellent However, I felt the crew ahows were not as lavish as many shows we have seen in the past.
The Medallions ...
We wanted to go on a princess cruise for our 20th anniversary, we went on one for our honeymoon. This was our 6th cruise with them. We had a great time and loved everything about it. Fantastic food, service and nice balcony. The Majestic is a beautiful ship and had a nice layout. Loved the Hollywood pool area. The food in the crown grill was delicious! I had acupuncture in the spa as I was ...
