We were excited about being on a new ship and wanted to be on the inagural cruise, but, couldn't make that happen. Luck was with us though as the first sailing had some blips as the staff were all getting settled, the boat was moored at one pier and checkin was at another 2 miles away. We cruised on Saturday, April 2 and returned on Saturday, April 9. We visited Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta (the Mexican Riviera, as it were) before returning to the World Cruise Port in San Pedro, California.

Non working app ruined experience. Problem after problem. Nobody could fix it, & no dining reservations w/out it. No more Medallion cruises for me.
Food was typical minus the hair in my gravy. Cabin was good, and service in cabin as well.

Been sailing with princess a short time now and have to say I’m impressed with the staff on board and the medallion is the game changer in the cruise industry.
