Medallion system was often fun and often difficult to use. Getting it set up I had to call Princess to walk me through. Planning for cruise was easy, except for paperwork to get for covid (holiday weekend) and Canada immigration, was time communing and never asked for. This particular cruise was NOT a good one. The main issue was the ship was broke (only 1 engine instead of 2), sadly PCL (Princess Cruise Lines) was aware of this over a period of time before the cruise.
