I chose this cruise because of the Glacier bay stop and the multiple ports & length of time to enjoy each. Princess cut off one stop completely Ketchikan & moved back our arrival time so shortened it also & cut off some of our 2 excursion. The service on the Crown Princess is the same excellent service I have come to expect when cruising. The room steward, dining staff, and everyone else were courtious and kind. I truly enjoyed not having to wear a mask onboard. I spent most of my time in The Sanctuary and loved it! The food was good with a few exceptions (too rare Prime Rib--it was almost mooing!) We were offered 4 ports of call but were able to only go to 3 ports. Our 3rd port was dropped completely as the ship is only operating on one engine.
