1st thing, must say, princess cancelled my birthday cruise what was sailing on 28th july, i wasn't happy about this, vowed never to sail with princess again, well, i glad we did. Balcony cabin very clean, no worn carpets or stained walls, like on some other ships. The service we found excellent, restaurant, room service, most of the staff, some new staff learning there roles, everyone starts ...

This was our first time with Princess . We have previously been on cruises with P&O, ROYAL CARIBBEAN , NCL and MSC. On the whole we were very impressed There were a few slight negatives See below 1 the food in the buffet in the morning was mainly geared towards American tastes so we struggled a bit with the selection of items 2 we tried the the evening meal in horizon on one ...

We cruise using a Club Class mini suite and It is wonderful. The room was clean, well furnished with a good sixed balcony, tub, and shower, All of the crew and staff that we interacted with were friendly, knowledgably, and professional. The cruise itself took us to 4 countries and four very beautiful places. My wife and I love western Caribbean cruises and Princess knows how to do them right. ...

Medallion Class was the sole bright spot of the cruise line itself

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Crown Princess

Chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Alaska and this cruise offered Glacier Bay. My wife and I cruise 1-3 timer per year and were disappointed in this cruise line from the start. The ship was unable to operate at full capacity, which the cruise line knew long before we booked our cruise. They did not make this known until after we booked the cruise and they had out money. Then they ...

We were somewhat disappointed with this cruise. The ship itself is showing it's age. It's dated and needs an overhaul. Generally, we expected more food, more selection and better quality. While a few of the meals were superb i.e. in the specialty restaurants, overall we were disappointed. Only certain restaurants were open only during specific times i.e. at lunch. We didn't get to eat in them ...

This is our first cruise since the Pandemic. We had three cruises cancelled. We were a bit apprehensive, since so many reviews recently mentioned reduced staffing resulting in poor service. That certainly didn't include this cruise! My wife and I are Elite status with Princess, and this was our 20th cruise. We both thought it was the best we have ever taken. The service was the best we have ...

Big Disappointment

I choose this cruise because of the itinerary. However, when the time came, they DID NOT deliver. The ship is missing an engine. Because of this they dropped Ketchikan for Icy Point Straight. What a waste of time that port is. Then instead of spending the day in Juneau we only got half a day there. Also, we were supposed to arrive Victotia at 7 pm and did not dock until 830 pm. Why we need to ...

Overall the three of us had a great cruise on the Caribbean Princess through the Western Caribbean. We enjoyed our ports and stops, our mini suite and the food and service. I really like the medallion over using a card you have to swipe. Our tween met a lot of kids at the camp and enjoyed the pool. The food was really tasty whether it was the sit down restaurant, buffet or poolside. We liked our ...

We chose Caribbean Princess to enjoy the western Caribbean; we chose or cruise in April and so glad! The ship was ready to take us away and forget about the last couple years of staycations, for a week- the staff was attentive and took care of anything we requested. Our dinners were delicious, the food offered at the specialty restaurants-superb, Horizon Court-good choices available at all ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 70s

My husband & I looked forward to an Alaska cruise for a long time. We were told Princess was a good choice & especially because we were 1st time cruisers. Princess changed our itinerary 3 times. Our shore time was cut back & we did not go to Ketchikan as we had planned. Originally we were going to do a excursion of whale watching, glacier visit & salmon dinner. By the time they cut our shore time ...
