We had cruised with Princess before and enjoyed our previous cruises very much. Both cruises were on newer ships within the last two years. This was our 25th cruise so we are not new to cruising. We booked this cruise primarily for the interesting itinerary. Upon reviewing the ship before booking we observed it to be an older ship. We then researched to see when it was last refurbished. ...

This was a 13 day cruise of the UK. We planned it for a long time and worked with a travel agent. The ship is older but had recently had some renovations done to it. With the exception of entertainment the most comfortable bed ever, and our cabin steward, everything was below average, We are not whiners and try to look for the best so I'll share a few examples to document our disappointment. Ship ...

We have been on 10 cruises with Princess and this one will not have us looking at Princess in the future. There are just too many other options out there to spend our vacation dollars. Earlier this year we booked a Princess Australia/New Zealand cruise for 2020....that will be cancelled when we get home. I think we are now seeing the full negative affect of Carnival’s takeover of ...
