Returning of 2 Celebrity cruises, it is not fair for any cruises to be reviewed. The food is good but not wow, far from Celebrity. They coud not get my steak the correct cooking. We have return 4 plates because not hot, even though that I always give 6$ to the waiter and 2$ to the bossboy before hand mentioning the plates to be hot. On a self seated diner we met many waiters and some were not to ...
The Royal Princess is a beautiful ship and we have sailed on her twice. The food is excellent and the entertainment superb. Our room was adequate in size and we had no complaints. The atrium was gorgeous and it was so nice to be able to sit on 3 others decks and look down and watch what was happening on the main floor. There always seems to be some kind of entertainment going on so one was never ...
Had a great time on the Royal Princess on our 10 day Southern Caribbean Cruise. Princess did not have enough staff available for loading the wheelchair cruisers causing them to wait over an hour to board. Registration was very organized at the port. When we inquired at the registration desk whether there was a main dining room open for lunch on the first day of the cruise and we were told ...
My husband and I set sail on our first Princess ship, the Royal Princess on March 10/18. First getting to the cruise ship and seeing the long lineup, I thought we would be forever in getting on the ship, I was wrong! In no time we were onboard and up to our room, the same applied for disembarkment, the fastest and easiest disembarkment we ever did, ( we have sailed with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian ...
I choosed this cruise because we thought we were getting a good deal for a 10 day cruise with the so called VIP Casino deal. But we found out later that many others were paying much less and even sailing FREE.
I think Princess should pay more attention to passengers who would like to play cards or other games and have someone on the staff have sign up sheets and get people who are interested ...
This was our 36th cruise and 9th on Princess. We have also sailed Carnival, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Costa, and MSC. We went as a family of 7 for our Spring Break. We chose this 10 day cruise because of the ship and it’s itinerary of St.Thomas, Martinique, Grenada, Bonaire and Aruba. We have never been to Grenada or Bonaire and were excited to see something different. We were also ...
Royal princess, in the common area's ( promenade deck etc.) is absolutely beautiful. The crew is amazing, actually their service, smiles, and professionalism is the only thing that saved this cruise.
The Ship is poorly designed. You can not walk straight from one end to the other. Deck 7 is the only deck out of 17 decks that goes the entire length of the ship.
The cabins are ...
Cruising in style to the Southern Caribbean is perfect because Princess does it right.
Comfortable, Classy, nothing over the top - high quality with maximum enjoyment.
I met many very loyal cruisers who enjoy sailing all itineraries and earned perks. All restaurants were elegant, delicious cuisine and quiet. The entertainment was wonderful! Beautiful ball gowns, Broadway show tunes, great ...
Today experience the new Panama Canal. We are new to Princess. Check-in went so smooth.
There were personal assisting at elevators so people could get on. We were reassigned C435 ( deck 10) great location, large balcony with 2 chairs & foot rest, & table.
Muster drill was in Explorer lounge. We ate in Coral dining (5:15) one night at Sabotini to celebrate our anniversary. Chocolate on bed ...
Have cruised previously, but not as extensively as others. Have traveled on various ships but this was our first Princess. We were pleasantly surprised and totally satisfied with everything. The ship may not be the newest of the fleet but offered everything one would need. Our cabin was the best lay-out of any we have had on other ships. Bathroom, clothes closet and mirror were separated ...
