First ever cruise with princess line, all I can say is that we were very disappointed from start to finish.
The list is to long for me to write about, it started from getting on the boat until we disembarked.

More the ship than the itinerary

Very good. Good relaxing venues and bars
Highly recommended

We chose this cruise for the destinations. We ( family of 5 ) are Platinum cruisers on Princess and frequent cruisers on many other lines.

We chose this cruise as an escape from the normal christmas.
Embarkation was very quick.
Our balcony cabin was nice the bed very comfortable,bathroom a bit smaller than other princess ships. and we were upgraded from an obstructed view to a clear view near the back on deck 12.

We have done over thirty cruises and love dressing up and dancing -ballroom, rock and roll etc All our favourite venues on the smaller class of ships such as Wheelhouse Bar, Explorers Lounge, Club Fusion, Skylounge, have been removed from the newer and larger Princess ships. First.. treated horribly by customer service. Received letter on 4th day, demanding that we go down before the end of day, because according to them, the credit card was declined. I paid everything cash and was able to make several withdrawals from their ATM machine using the same card that according to them was declined. The Filipino Manager was extremely rude.

It fit the destination, length of cruise and it replaced an earlier one which has to be cancelled due to injury.
The cruise exceeded expectations in most areas and was a very enjoyable experience.

What really floored us was Princess imposing a charge of $299 to use the Sauna Facility that is free on other Cruise ships.
