I have never been on a cruise before and, I have to admit that I will never forget this experience. The embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. Our mini-suite room was great: comfortable bed, air-conditioned, safe box, minibar, movies on demand and the ensuite bathroom that was small but pleasant. Anytime dining was just amazing. Lots of quality food options were available - ...

Chose a 3 day cruise as it is my first time. Really enjoyed it. The entertainment was superb. Just wanted a short trip to revitalise ourselves and it was perfect. Fabulously friendly staff who were a lot of fun. Highly recommended. Food was beautiful. Next time we'd try the restaurants as well. Pools were clean. Rooms cleaned, beds turned back curtains closed every day. Free pizza fries ice creams ...

First ever cruise with princess line, all I can say is that we were very disappointed from start to finish. The list is to long for me to write about, it started from getting on the boat until we disembarked. The room was great, the food was a joke !! I don’t think I’ll ever travel on the princess line again . Have been on many other cruises before but this one was a huge ...

We chose this cruise for the destinations. We ( family of 5 ) are Platinum cruisers on Princess and frequent cruisers on many other lines. We had two rooms on this cruise. A deluxe balcony and a mini suite. REVIEW: Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. SHIP: This ship is way too small for the number of guests it serves. The Princess theater never had enough seats ...

I had a good time with my friends always enjoyed princess cruises. The food was good with a spread of selections. The DaVinci and Michaelangelo restaurants were great. The ship is clean and beautiful. The staff is always very helpful and attentive to our needs. The cabin we are in the semi suit which is very spacious for the 4 of us. I will preface this review by stating I have been on over 28 cruises. I've sailed just about every cruise line out there or sold it while I was a travel agent. I Just returned from 18 days on the Ruby Princess. We boarded in Auckland, which was the last 8 night leg of the reposition cruise that started in Vancouver. We Stayed on for a continuation cruise of 10 days which did round trip Sydney. ...

Princess Ruby - Sydney Brisbane airlie beach Yorkers knob port Douglas. Oct 2019 We went on sun princess the week before and getting on the Ruby Princess was hopeful this ship would be better. It was marginally better. Service poor not enough staff in the dining rooms. Staff were excellent trying to provide a good service but just didn’t have enough staff. Food - better than the sun ...

This a cruise you can do regularly and never get bored. The Princess ships make it one of the most comfortable and easy cruises to do. They provide the smoothest embarkation and disembarkation, the finest food on the sea, served by a dedicated and friendly crew. The staterooms are spacious well appointed and kept that way by a caring steward, always at hand to tend your every need. Entertainment ...

Good itinerary, but cancelled excursions last minute and erroneous charges

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Majestic Princess

We loved the itinerary, but were so disappointed to find that our excursion had been cancelled last minute by Princess with no offer to help replace it. So we were on our own in Wellington. Then the ship had a delay with fog in Dunedin and could not dock an hour later because the tides were too low for this immense ship. The one Princess excursion to Waitupo and Rainbow Springs that was not ...
