A disappointed long time cruiser

While we have cruised on Princess 20 times (75 total on over a dozen cruise lines), this was our first experience on the new Royal class ships. There were several positives but unfortunately there were more disappointments. On the plus side, the large size allowed for a greater capacity in the Princess Theater plus the Princess Live and Vista Lounge venues and other lounges for cabaret style ...

We chose this cruise because we loved three things: Princess has the BEST food, the dates worked for everyone, and the locations were wonderful! The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The deck was great-we were able to open up all of the decks with our travel mates and every evening we relaxed outside with everyone! The service was incredible!!! Our waiter Manuel kept bringing us extra ...

Started great. Then both of us caught Bug Boat sickness. Tons of coughing people, medical centre very busy.

Princess platinum member. 11th cruise overall. Ship was new and beautiful. Staff were great. We had a stern balcony cabin, it had exhaust soot on the balcony everyday. Sensor light by bathroom came on during the night. No fix, just tape over it. It still woke us up, very poor set up. 14 nights of it. Dining room dress standard has slipped. T shirts ball caps whatever goes. Food was good, ...

14 night European cruise sailing from Athens to Rome! The Enchanted princess was an amazing ship. The staff and all of it crew went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The dining was exceptional but the majority of nights we dined in the private dining rooms. We purchased the premium liquor package and was not disappointed. The bourbon selections we amazing as were the wines. ...

We chose this cruise for the ports primarily .We were celebrating our 48th anniversary .The Enchanted Princess is a great size, not too big and not too small. It was very easy to find our way around the ship quickly. The ship was clean and the staff almost everywhere were awesome. The food was "fine " but nothing spectacular. The app was working ok. We had cruised in Feb 22 and actually thought ...

Disappointing,

This cruise was chosen by friends and was my first experience with Princess. I suspect it will be my last. I was interested to cruise on Princess after bumping into a couple who had never cruised with any lines and loved the company. I can’t say I share their enthusiasm. I found the veranda stateroom cramped. We have always booked verandas no matter which company we cruise with, so I can ...

7 nights from Athens to Barcelona. Boarding in Athens - hot! Now yes - it’s Greece in the middle of summer - however the terminal is a huge marquee. There were air con units but they were not really making much difference. If we had been able to board at our allocated time then we would not have been there long, but everyone seemed to think they can just turn up when they want and Princess ...

Great cruise - busy itinerary!

We did R/T Barcelona for 3 weeks or 3 cycles. This ship had people boarding at Barcelona, Rome, Athens (and some at Crete). The cruise had wonderful ports (maybe too many!) and we had a beautiful Eastern and Western Mediterranean trip. Ship was new, clean, lots of amenities, nice staff, little ship movement (even sailing in lots of wind) and generally a wonderful floating hotel from great port to ...

The good outweighs the annoying.

We sailed in an obstructed balcony and being experienced cruisers this was a first and it’ll be my cabin of choice in future, so long as not seasonally a time of inclement weather conditions. This is due to the cabin facing forward and therefore whilst ‘at sea’ it could be an issue, not during our June cruise though and the balcony space was huge. Cabin was comfy, bed a little bit firm and very ...

We went on a 2 week cruise of the Mediterranean and should have booked for 3 weeks to complete the cruise. The staff was courteous and efficient to a degree. The Sanctuary was fully booked and was difficult to get a space even though there were obvious openings (empty cabanas and lounge chairs) I think because the area was understaffed. We had booked Club Class and the dedicated anytime dining ...
