Average Cruise on Azura. Terrible ending

Last minute booking. Flew out in Premium Economy from Glasgow with TUI on Dreamliner for 2 week cruise on Azura. Very comfortable and good service on the flight. Embarkation in Barbados excellent and smooth. Straight from plane to the ship and luggage delivered to cabin. These are probably the only plus points I can say about this cruise that were better than 3 previous Caribbean cruises we have ...

Another great cruise on Britannia

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Britannia

We chose the cruise essentially for the island itinerary but were not disappointed to be sailing on Britannia again having enjoyed a Mediterranean cruise on her in 2016. We flew with Thomas Cook on one of their new Condor planes; quietest aircraft we have ever flown on. Both outbound and inbound flights landed ahead of time which we appreciated. Transfer to the ship was smooth and swift with ...

Average Food, poor weather, expensive off board excursions, up and down customer

The cruise cabins with balconies were excellent. On board on days at sea was pretty chaotic if you like sun bathing, plenty of beds but very cramped in the main pool areas. Drinks waiter service was excellent and the bars, drinks were surprisingly reasonable, better than some pub prices at home. Cabin services were excellent, but some of the help desk staff were a bit unhelpful. Food in the ...

Booked last minute to replace a cancelled earlier holiday so good value for money for flights 14 nights full board and entertainment. First thing to say is this will not be every ones couple of tea. Its very British we found it a bit understated compared to other Italian and american cruises at first. The ship is quite plain compared to others, always clean and in good repair though. The ...

A little disappointed with this ship

Won't repeat Sandy M68 as she echoes a lot of my sentiments. To start our holiday we booked premium on the Dreamliner but was disappointed to find we were not sat together unless we paid even more. Liked that we didn't see our luggage after dropping off at Manchester airport until we got to our cabin. Ship. We were a little disappointed at first glance as there is no wow facter. The Atrium ...

Never again, back to Carnival

Chose this cruise for our golden wedding celebration. Having been on several carnival cruises before we were looking forward to the p&o experience. What a disappointment this was......... The ship is dull, there is no wow factor anywhere onboard, navigating the ship is confusing with only deck 7 giving front to back access, and the entertainment was poor. This ship should be renamed the ...

There were some good points but on the whole we would never sail with P&O, and definitely not on Britannia, again. The good: The cabin B336 was beautiful. A superior deluxe with lovely sofa/seating area and nice bathroom. Luxurious bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Very impressed with the cabin. Also the TV has a selection of very good and up to date ...

Having been on 3 previous Med cruises we decided that the Caribbean was the Perfect place to get away in February. The weather was mixed but overall a lovely sunny break away from the snow. We chose the cruise because there were only 3 sea days out of the 14 day cruise and the itinerary appealed to us as we love exploring ashore and “dipping our toes” to get a flavour of the area. The Caribbean ...

Some excellence but some areas need attention

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Azura

Food, entertainment and cabin were excellent. Was looking forward to the Grand Cayman anchorage and had Stingray trip booked. The captain refused to anchor due to strong winds. There were 3 other ships at anchor, including the much smaller Disney Magic. These ships were ferrying passengers ashore using the large local Cayman double-decker tenders. There was no explanation as to why these tenders ...

Booked this particular cruise to celebrate my 60th birthday. Outside cabin was fine. Freedom dining was good not much of a wait for a table and service excellent but some of the food didn't seem as good as it used to be. Tables were cleared quickly and everywhere was clean.Enjoyed a lot of the entertainment Josh Adams 4tunes and the runaround kids were fabulous. All the ports were good although ...
