There was a promotion for inaugural cruise of refurbished ship. We had a balcony room booked. This was our first time on a P&O ship - we will never be sailing P&O again. We booked "The Penthouse", it was a tired "Owners Suite" at best. This was not a great start - however it certainly set the tone for our cruise.
