My wife and I have just returned from from a wonderful ten day cruise to New Caledonia on the newly refurbished Pacific Explorer. We had a balcony room booked. The sliding door to the balcony could hardly be open,balcony dirty,chairs covered in brown dust,rust and broken rubber fitting around door.
