This September we took the 15 night In-Depth Adriatic & Aegean cruise Oceania cruise from Valletta Malta to Istanbul. We had the standard oceanview cabin on the Nautica. This is our third Oceania cruise. We were disappointed in the lack of communication and food. We were not notified in advance of port requirements which most of the time ended up being an Oceania imposed requirement. Excursions were canceled with no reason given. Oceania excursions are awful. This was an expensive cruise. Food was great except for one specialty restaurant, Polo Grill. First reservation made at sea. Order of queen cut prime rib was undercook, more raw if not rare, when I ordered medium rare. The turnaround time for each course exceeded 20 minutes. I did not even have time to order dessert.
