I am sorry to say that in spite of fabulous food, a wonderful cabin and food crew, and amazing staterooms, I would never go on an Oceania Cruise again. The management staff (with the exception of the concierge) as non-existent. This was our second Oceania cruise and our previous experience on a seven-day New York to Bermuda cruise on the Insignia had prepared us for what we viewed as the line's strengths and weaknesses. We have sailed Oceania many times before and it was excellent. This time the food (which was their number 1 attraction) was very substandard. For example the famous Sea Bass in Red Ginger used to be the best we ever experienced. This time the flavors were different and the thickness if the Sea Bass was half of what it was.
