We booked this cruise on board in December 2019 just before COVID hit. Were looking forward to St. Petersburg which was dropped due to the war and overnights were added near the end of the cruise.
Service aboard was way above excellent. Food was back up to pre covid levels. OLife Excursions were good to excellent.

Be ware-- while Oceania's cruise prices are mostly back to "normal" our cruise was not. As you will read in reviews by others, there are many differences with prior cruises on Oceania.
