Was in Venice for 3 days before boarding. Enjoyed the time and the sites and self booked Tours of Italy attractions. Freak rain prevented the gondola ride.

This was as group cruise of about 30-45 people.
The excursions were handled as best as possible. The first day out was a disaster with not enough tender boats available to transport everyone back to the ship. Folks were left waiting out in the rain. Drinks and wet towels were provided which was welcomed.

Chose due to the destinations but will never cruise on Norwegian again. 2nd time and equates to the 2 worst cruises we've been on. There's just too many people for the ships facilities.
