We really wanted to visit Venice and the cruise stops along the Adriatic. Embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth, fast and easy. This cruise was chosen at the last minute and the Itinerary was good. We flew into Venice day of embarkation and was allowed onto the ship and our stateroom was ready so we napped. We chose this cruise because it fitted in with our other travel arrangements, it visited ports we wanted to see, and it was not too long. We had never done an open sea cruise before so it was a trial run.

I found a great discount deal on a suite on the Norwegian Star so I booked it. It was a great experience to be in a suite! Special attention from the staff and great benefits. Loved it!
