Man, such a crappy cruise line. We have cruised with Royal 3 times and had no issues whatsoever. I don’t even know where to begin with this one. The boat itself was so underwhelming (the Epic one). I can barely think of positive things to say about this boat and staff. We were at 105% capacity. They could not handle the people THEY overbooked.
