We flew into SEA the night before and stayed at a hotel near the airport. The next day we took a Lyft to the port which cost around $28 before tip.

Food was great in the specialty dining where you had to pay lots of extra money. Nothing is cheap on this cruise. We had an excellent cruise on Norwegian Bliss. We were lucky enough to stay in a Haven Suite and were spoiled rotten. Most everything went smoothly from getting on the ship (ten minutes from the curb to the ship's elevators) to getting off in ports (Haven staff usually escorted us down in a crew elevator). Almost everything about the cruise was perfect. Recommend getting room on deck 15 giving you access to the spa and easy access to the observatory.

First trip to Alaska. We flew into Seattle 2 days early. We flew out of Nashville at 6:30am so, that put us in Seattle around 9:45am. Luckily our hotel stored our luggage until our room was ready. I highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn/Lake Union. This was a great hotel that wasn’t in the downtown craziness. Views of the lake were awesome! It was only a $10 Uber ride to the ship.
