Ok, first the good. The food is pretty reasonable. We eat at speciality restaurants , the buffet and the three included restaurants. Manhattan room restaurant was a bitt too big and noisy for us but the others were very nice. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food good. We are long time NCL cruisers and were excited to try the Viva. We had one mid ship balcony and one Haven penthouse. Long story short the ship feels very cramped.
The buffet is tiny and was full everytime we tried to get in. Indulge was full every time we tried to get in as well.
There are many pools, but they are all small and not something we wanted to use.

It seems that NCL really missed the mark here. Any cruise should be focused on high quality food and a great customer experience.
