The trip overall was enjoyable because of the fun group we traveled with, but the Norwegian Breakaway ship had WAY too few crew members to support the number of guests on board. From the moment I arrived at the terminal I walked right in. Went straight to the check in desk and checked in. We only waited less than an hour when we were sent through the line and onto the ship. We had an amazing time on the Norwegian Breakaway! We had a fantastic time on this trip.
However, I feel the service on NCL is slipping. Bar service was the worst I have ever experience. Getting a drink was a hassle. The definitely need more bar staff.
I also felt the dining staff wasn't very happy, maybe they need a vacation.

We chose this cruise as we were going with friends and one of them is a teacher so the timing was great and it was within driving distance for us. What an amazing ship. We went during spring break and the ship was packed, but overall the staff handled it beyond belief.
