Amazing time for a first cruise. Stayed in the Haven and had an absolutely wonderful time. Concierge were always ready to help with getting off for an excursion or reserving a show and escorting us to it. The butler was great. This ship is beautiful. We were in the Haven aft facing penthouse-the best balcony ever! I love the embarkation process and the excitement I get every time I board NCL ships. First time on NCL and it wont be my last! The Sun may be an older ship without some of the newer bells and whistles (water slides and go karts) but the uncrowded feeling was amazing. This ship was always clean and orderly. All dining was excellent, waiters were very respectful and fun. All the staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. Our housekeeper was always welcoming in the mornings and evening, as were the others taking care of the rooms adjacent to ours.
