Let's start with the check in process. CRAZY!!! Arrive for early boarding between 10-1030. Wait. Then get moved into a Large waiting room to sit for another hour. HMM. At least they provide you coffee and Juice while you wait. Once they call your group to board, Chaos begins as everybody tries to board out of turn.

Great service. Great restaurants . However not enough time giving to explore the ports. We were given limited time to spend at the Bahamas. The staff on this ship is awful and I would go back to royal Caribbean again for future cruises. The staff could care the least to help you, minus our room stewardess claudia. Never cruised with NCL before, usually Royal Caribbean or Celebrity so wasn't quite sure what to expect. The Sky is an older ship without the bells and whistles of the newer ships and it did show its age in places, but it was very clean and offered enough to do for a 3 night cruise.
