First time on Norwegian and the last. Getting on the ship was unorganized they kept announcing they were having computer issues. The staff was rude and really acted unfriendly. Our toilet clogged 3 phone calls. It was unclogged from outside no one came to our room to remove the dirty wet towels or clean our floor. We chose this cruise as we had a desire to visit Cuba along with this amazing itinerary of 11 ports in 15 days. The Free at Sea was a welcome perk that we took advantage of the Ultimate Drink Package and Specialty Dinning.
