Mexican Riviera BLISS!

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

Before we cruised I read every review I could find, and to be honest, I was concerned about the negative comments concerning the crew, the service, the food, etc. DON'T BELIEVE THEM!! We had an AMZING experience and highly recommend this ship and itinerary! EMBARKATION: Easy. Arrived around 10:30. No line at check in. We checked in, got our cards, and were on the ship around ...

Needs some logistical improvement

We chose this cruise because it was a bit last minute for spring break and we could drive to the port as flights were hard to get. Embarkation was a bit rough. We got to the port around 11am and it wasn't too crowded yet. When we went up to check in, 3 of the 4 ladies were on their first day on the job. None of them knew how to use the computer (we asked and their "training" was watching a ...

When I cruise, which is every few years, ¬I welcome the chance to join a community specific to our choices to be together on an adventure. The community we create is supported generally by the staff of the cruise line. I have needs, but I usually accommodate myself. However, on my last cruise I experienced a different community. It wasn’t the fellow cruisers but the actual cruise line that reduced ...

I used to love Norwegian; never again

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

I used to love Norwegian. The Epic was my first cruise and I went on several after that before trying Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. One thing I always loved about Norwegian was the value. That has all changed. Now everything costs more. Margaritaville has a hamburger I like. When I was on the Breakaway a few years ago I went to Margaritaville every day for lunch. It was like $12 per ...

Never ending wait

First things first getting on the boat felt eternal. And our walker-talkies were taken from us. No where did it say we were not able to take them aboard. Once on the boat the balcony room storage was way less then on carnivals. Having to hustle from line to line just to book shows dinning and laser tags/go karting was a pain. The days and times that would work for us and the size family of 5 was ...

Not the Best

We chose this cruise as we were loyal Norwegian cruisers and wanted to try their newest and largest ship. Things were not good right from the beginning. It took 4 hours to get on board. We were supposed to have pre boarding with our latitude points but that never happened. My wife has allergy needs that have always been taken care of on past cruises superbly but not this time. One person said ...

Very Big Ship

We had sailed on the NCL Getaway last year so we knew what we were getting into; however, this was during Spring Break time and the ship was very crowded. We are a senior couple and have pretty much decided that if the ship has a water slide and race track on the upper deck that it probably wasn't for us. With that being said, the ship is beautiful. Because it is so new everything is ...

Vegans On The High Seas

We are health conscious vegans and one of us has a gluten allergy. In January 2019 we sailed aboard the Princess Regal on a 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise. We went with relatives which didn’t give us much time for us to enjoy being on the boat or for relaxing. We needed another cruise and fast! However, we had limited funds having just cruised. We choose a 14 day repositioning cruise on the ...

AMAZING Cruise ruined by NCL Corporate - SHAME ON YOU!

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Norwegian Star

First let me say we had an AMAZING 14 day cruise through the Panama Canal. Everyone from the baggage handlers to the Captain were warm, inviting and went over and above to ensure our bucket-list cruise was all we imagined it would be and more. NCL corporate on the other hand were HORRIBLE and need additional training and a means to correct actions, which are truly of their making, which affect ...

Wonderful passage through Panama Canal

Traveled through Panama Canal because it was on our bucket list. Got on ship in LA and that went smooth and fast, no lines but dock porters were not part of NCL and were very rude. First stop Cabo San Lucas and very pretty, sea lions were plentiful and tendering was very difficult and not organized. Next stop Acapulco and Do Not Get Off the boat, very dirty and people rude. Next stop Guatemala and ...
