Our 1st cruise was fabulous. We arrived in Honolulu the day before and it was the perfect way to get ready to cruise. Checking in was a breeze, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The staff on the ship were wonderful, friendly and helpful and always a genuine smile on their faces. The cabin was clean and fresh.

We took this cruise to see the islands on Hawaii. Unfortunately the eruption of the volcano kept us from visiting the Big Island. The cruise line chose to inform us the day before the cruise left although they knew at least a week in advance. The food was mediocre in our opinion comparing to other cruise lines we have been on. NCL Pride of America pales in comparison with the fun, good food and friendly environment in the other NCL International Vessels.
