We had a great time in Hawaii. The ports they stop in are great, except that some of them you have to walk a great distance thru an industrial area to get away from the boat.
The food was ok, but with small portions and overdone meat. The Buffet offered the same food every day with no variety.

We went to Hawaii for Easter week. The cruise was excellent from the butler to the steward and wait staff. If you want to experience Hawaii this is the way to do it. We choose this cruise for the itinerary and number of islands offered and the over night in Maui and Kauai.
After booking the Canadian at par became available which made the cruise more affordable.
We found the food and service in Liberty very good. Cagney's good but expensive, LaCucina service poor compared to Liberty, East Meets West one dinner was poor quality.

This was our first trip to Hawaii, so we felt that cruising would allow us to get a sampling of all of the islands while avoiding moving from hotels and waiting at airports.

We wanted to see as many islands as possible and this worked very well. We enjoyed touring each of the islands. However the volcano on Maui was dormant and therefore was not visible at night. Our helicopter flight on Kauai was cancelled due to poor weather. That is the chance you take while traveling.

Getting on ship was easy. Room was ready by 4pm. First night was rough night at sea. I have CPAP, be sure to bring extension cord. No cords plug ins by bed.
