We had an amazing time on the cruise! We’ve never been to Hawaii before but have been on other NCL ships.
This ship is smaller and older but still nice and feels more homey than other ships we’ve been on.
The food was pretty decent in all the free locations and very good in the paid restaurants. We really enjoyed the stake house. The Japanese restaurant was also very yummy.

Food, Food, Food! Tons of options, some included, some part of the specialty dining package. Overall, lots of choices. I enjoyed every one and highly recommend Cagney's Steak House and Moderno Churrascaria. Aloha Cafe had a Puseortuguese beef stew that tasted like my Mom's!

AVOID THIS CRUISE AT ALL COSTS!!! Especially if you are a seasoned cruiser. I have been on six prior cruises (Royal Caribbean and one Carnival). We chose this cruise because the Pride is the only cruise ship that cruises the Hawaiian Islands. A Norwegian ship would not have been our first choice.
The Good:
1. The itinerary was excellent! The captain also sailed near the erupting volcano on the Big Island and that was cool to see.
