We had two adults and a 13yo on the ship. As stated in other reviews, there is good meh, and bad.
Good- the staff is truly five stars. Even with the masks the staff was always friendly and helpful, greater you every time you walked by, and went out of their way to help you. The best.

NCL sent us an email before the cruise and offered us a chance to bid on an upgrade. I figured why not and bid on a Haven 2 bedroom villa, even though there was only 2 of us traveling. The service staff was fantastic. All of them work incredibly hard and are incredibly friendly and really want you to have a great time.

This was my 2nd time on NCL, the first being on the Escape pre-Covid.
It was very crowded, and embarkation to Bermuda was unbelievably unorganized. We waited over 6 hours in line. It was horrid and I believe that may be where we were infected, but who knows.
