The 7-day cruise on the Norwegian Epic, sailing out of San Juan on January 8th was the WORST cruise I have even been on. I can only recommend NCL for cruisers who don’t care about itinerary or who get a deal so low that you won’t be disappointed if NCL cancels the most important ports from your cruise. We chose NCL over some others mainly for the Entertainment. Big mistake! Please do not cruise with NCL. They will treat you with no courtesy.
