Well as a huge fan of the Jade and loyal NCL cruiser I can not argue with a lot of the recent negative reviews. My travel group came with an open mind but we feel very let down by NCL. My wife and I enjoyed our 11 day NCL cruise on the Jade very much. The food was excellent as was the entertainment.
