We had many little issues on the Norwegian Getaway. No one issue would have led me to rate the cruise as poor. But there were so many issues that it affected our relaxation and enjoyment of the cruise. I chose it because I wanted something that will include St. Petersburg with it and the Baltics. I thought since the ship was carrying 4500 passengers and 2500 crew members that it will be like lining up for a blockbuster movie. Anyway, most days it was organized, the only times it was in disarray was the embarkation and disembarkation day which happens on all cruise ships.

We chose this cruise for the itinerary and date. Service was excellent, especially in the restaurants and bars. We had the extra dining package that included dining at specialty restaurants three times. All three that we experienced; Teppanyaki, Moderno and Le Bistro, were excellent.
