I’m a silver latitudes, almost gold level. Have also cruised princess and carnival. Embarked out of Miami, got to the pier at 10:30, group 3 boarding card. The rear gang plank broke, so we weren’t called to get on the ship till 1:30pm. Once onboard I went immediately to get cirque show tickets only to be told that show was cancelled. wanted a short cruise and have always loved Norweigan and recommend it to others.
This cruise offered very little in entertainment, things to do were lame (such as games).
Found the elevators in the morning with spilled drinks and food not cleaned up. Our mini suite was a dissappointment, old.

Cruise was pleasant but the ship was so crowded it almost seemed overbooked! Having to reserve shows and events on ship was a must. Several on ship touch screens were malfunctioning and made this a chore. Norwegian takes every opportunity to nickel and dime you with extra costs and upgrades around every corner. The boat was nice and clean and decorated well. Decor was modern and not as busy as some boats can be. Our room was clean and bathroom was largest we have had on a cruise. I chose NCL because the free packages offered at booking and the port of calls available on the itinerary. What a sad investment it turned out to be.
