First off I would like to commend all of the staff and officers for doing the very best they could with the overbooked cruise nightmare we just got off of. Chose because of embarkation port in NYC. We live in Brooklyn. Embarkation was delayed, but went fairly quickly. NCL provided water, or juice and snacks.
The ship was very clean.
Our cabin was fine and had large balcony with 2 loungers, side table and large table with 2 chairs; we loved it.
Cabin steward did an acceptable job and was attentive.

I’ll start by saying I know this is a new ship and may not be running as smoothly because of that so I took that into consideration.
However most of my complaints have little to do with bugs that need to be worked out.

We stayed in Newark at Springhill suites. Very nice place to stay. We used a car service to go to the port. Embarkation was delayed but went smoothly.
