Nice common areas on deck - appreciated the stage area in a central spot that was consistent with music and entertainment throughout sea days and in the afternoons as cruisers were returning to the ship.

Norwegian Encore cruise

outstanding staff and beautiful New ship. All was great except that the common Pool is not Handicap accessible. The tickets for the Speedway, Laser tag and some shows were sold out within 1 1/2 hours on Embarkment Day (day 1). This caused over 3/4 % of the Passengers unable to enjoy these attractions exclusive of this new ship. The cabins were spacious. the food in the Buffet outstanding. ...

This was my first time sailing with NCL. Good: The ship/Bliss was amazing. Loved the pool, hot-tubs, variety of places. Observation deck, mini-suite. The staff was always kind and willing to help. I felt the staff tried to go above and beyond when needed. Enjoyed the proposed itinerary. Liked the 2-beverages on premium package. (nice my husband or I could order for each other, ...

Terrible Customer Service - Reservation and/or Extra Fee for EVERYTHING!!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Escape

Guest Services was completely useless on the ship. One person tells you one thing, another tells you something different. They say they will refund charges and then don't. They make reservations for you and then loose them. Many of them don't speak English well or don't listen to the problem - they just tell you whatever they want to tell you. I was supposed to have an onboard credit and ...

Great food, bad service except for a few stars...

I choose this cruise for the value, since we normally cruise with Disney. This cruise allowed 7 nights for the price of a 4 night Disney cruise. Before we boarded the ship the lies commenced at the desk. I asked about lanyards and the customer service agent said they will be on board waiting for you. This was not a complete lie but an omission of the truth since you will have to purchase the ...

We had 2 adjoining mini-suites. The cabins were really nice however I didn't see the cabin steward the entire cruise. The only way I knew someone had been in our room is they would pick up the dirty towels off the floor after 2 days & replace them, semi made the bed daily & charged me for minibar items that weren't in the cabin when I boarded. In fact, I had to wait in line 45 minutes on ...

I felt like a queen. The bathroom was amazing for such a small footprint. Bed was very comfortable. There is an amazing amount of storage both in closets draws and the area under the bed was large enough to fit all of our families suit cases.A lot of thought went into the details of the room. Service was amazing. and thing you want or need is in the Haven. If you do want more, the entire ship is ...

This was my third cruise and the 2nd in the Caribbean. Spent close to two days in Miami before boarding the ship. Had an enjoyable time on our one whole day there. Very impressed with the ship. I've suffered from sea sickness on past trips but had not a moment of sea sickness on this cruise! Service at all restaurants was fine as was the buffet. The entertainment was enjoyable. Loved the upper ...

The best part was none of it!

I’m not sure what I enjoyed more. It could have been the horrible food and service, or it could have been missing the only port I cared about due to the fact that they ran one boat until nearly noon trying to get 5000 guests off the boat. This was my first and I promise my last Norwegian Cruise. Our entire group could not have been happier than the moment we finally got off of this ship. It ...

NOT IMPRESSED

We made the best of our family vacation but to be honest it was very stressful. My mother inlaw is disabled and has to use a walker to get around due to a stroke. We rented a scooter for her to make it the best possible vacation we could... that being said NCL needs to get with the program when it comes to handicap guests, or guests with small children in strollers. Disembarking was a nightmare. ...

First time family cruise in the Caribbean

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Escape

First of all, I want to share a little background of us: we are a family of three from Finland. Cruise culture, as we know it here, consists of fairly short crossings to Sweden or Estonia. The ships are small and the trips are short, ranging from couple of hours to two days. With this being said, it has been a lifelong dream for us, to take a decent Caribbean cruise. We had the pleasure of ...
