A few speed bumps at start: 3hrs+ wait to check in, VERY crowded, at first it seemed like Wal-Mart on the Seas, but things improved. I really wish I would have used our trip insurance to cancel this trip after the awful embarkment experience at San Juan. It took us 2.5 hours to get to port from our hotel 1.5 miles away and then another 2.5 hours to get on the ship.
