Our multi-generational family of 12 ranging in ages 5-95 took our 2nd family cruise over Christmas on the Encore. Our first was 2 years ago on the RCL Oasis of the Seas. The Christmas decorations on the Dawn were mediocre to say the least. Cardboard cutouts of candy canes and paper snow flakes in the theatre were tacky. The embarkment at Tampa was slow, and it was confusing which port to go to (port 2 is supposed to be Carnivial only but we left out of there).

We excitedly chose this ship for an 11 person family Christmas cruise, with ages ranging from 81 to 17. Forget this ship if you are handicapped or in a wheelchair.
