We have sailed multiple times on Norwegian and also on other cruise lines. Most of the usual items on this cruise were fine. Housekeeping and dining room staff were lovely, polite, accommodating and efficient. It was a good itinerary with a nice balance off sea days and ports. I am going to start with the positives. The staff was wonderful; professional and friendly. We didn't do shore excursions so I can't comment on that but the ports were very nice. The Dawn is showing signs of wear and tear but is in quite good condition for it’s age. Our cabin 10072 was a reasonably sized balcony cabin. I think we were a little unfortunate with the condition of the balcony as there seemed to be something housed in the roof space and it was a mess and there was also a drain there which smelt on occasions. We are very experienced cruisers and in our Active 60s. This ship had the best food (even main dining room) and service of any NCL cruise we have been on (we've been on Lots)!

Too many people for the number of elevators always a wait, long walk from cabins to elevators. Exits are long walk for elderly cruisers.
Add on charges for service costly upcharges for drinks etc, Prices for drinks limits the number of drinks people order.
