The embarking and disembarking went very smoothly. The staff of the ship were very friendly and extremely helpful. The shows were great, especially Alex Yost the singer and Alex Ortiz the comedian. The Legends in concert was very good too.
Our main complaints were the food wasn’t up to par in any of the restaurants and the same things were in the buffet all week.

What a great itinerary and we loved sailing out of Boston.
This was our least favorite food of any cruise we have been on. Dry, lacked flavor, cafeteria quality desserts in the MDR. It’s enough to deter us from NCL again. Service was great.
Things were kept pretty clean throughout the ship except that public bathrooms could have used a little more attention.

This cruise was put together by a friend in celebration of her husband's life (he passed last year). I have never been so disappointed in a ship/cruise as I was this time. I chose this cruise because I didn’t want to fly to do a cruise with a 2 year old. They had a “gupppy room” which is 10x 7ft closet with dirty playmats (ABC ones). The cruise was excellent. The food was amazing in all complimentary restaurants. Water, iced tea, lemonade, fruit punch, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were all included. Boarding wasn't as easy as in the past, we got to the counter quickly but the person there was very confused. This annoyed the guys as they don't have my patience. Ncl’s dawn is a logistical nightmare with basic cruise processes. The one tendering port process ran an average of 2 hours late and we were unable to go into dublin after our tour as a result of ncl’s incompetence.
