Booked a 7day Bermuda cruise and was sent on a 7 day Canada & New England cruise on the day of departure due to Hurricane Florence. I am glad they chose to keep everyone safe but am shocked at what they chose for a contingency plan (since the Norwegian Escape sailing out of NY still went into the Caribbean).

my daughter and friend had never been to bermuda. NCL is our only cruise line we have been on 8 cruises with them. This most recent cruise was the lowest quality out of all the others. Boarding in Boston was quick and easy-rooms on-board ready early and luggage arrived at stateroom before 5:30. It was a spur of the moment trip and we had the best time. Weather was beautiful, food was great, wait staff was excellent and friends were fun! The staff on board will exceed your expectations and wow you for every second you are aboard.
We were concerned when we booked. Getting help from NCL over the phone was painful. We had help with an outside travel agent who really did the heavy lifting on planning this trip...unfortunately after we booked directly with Norwegian.

Staff, food & drink, ship, entertainment, excursions, all fabulous. One of my best vacas ever.
Staff couldn't be friendlier or do enough for you. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold----and all delicious ! Us - we're experienced cruisers and platinum plus NCL.
The not so good
Embarkation - Boston does not have priority boarding for platinum and above. We asked multiple people, all said the same thing. "We don't do that here". NCL needs to be consistent, either have or not at every port.
Food - worst food we ever had on an NCL ship, across the board.
