The staff was amazing starting from the time we got on board until we got off. They made our stay a memorable one. We adored Gerald Casillo! He was the best! We went with 4 other adult family members for our 30th anniversary. We had a great time! Cabins were good, food was good and plentiful, we all gained about 5 pounds each! I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my Norwegian cruises except for my recent one week June cruise (June 2019) roundtrip from New York City to Bermuda. The cruise was aboard the Norwegian Escape. I adore some of the staff on this ship and I struggled as to whether to give this five stars but in the end I decided I need to raise it as a concern simply because it happened literally every single time I sat down for a meal as a solo and I hope they make adjustments. We had an amazing time on the Escape. My first time on Breakaway Plus. I absolutely love the Getaway. I have to admit I do think the Getaway was the nicer ship.
