We really liked our trip to Bermuda with Norwegian Escape.
It was a really cool adventure as first-time cruisers.
The ship is well maintained - the staff is super friendly and the balcony cabins are spacious for a couple.
The complimentary food was OK. Not the best but we did enjoy it.
The shows were awesome.

Always wanted to go to Bermuda and thought a cruise would be a wonderful way to go since hotels on Bermuda are very expensive you would already have your room and board.
There were just under 5,000 passengers on this cruise (Norwegian Escape) TOTALLY over crowded. Enough room to sleep that many people but the common areas were SO over crowded and at any given time no where to sit.

Service on this cruise in the main room areas was not what we are used to with cruising Norwegian. Waited a long time from ordering to be served and when the food did come, it was brought out all at once on several occasions. Some staff didn't make us feel welcomed.

On the first day, I went to guest services within the first few hours to complain about our neighbor smoking pot on their balcony 3 times before the sun set. Guest services response was to say they would ask the steward to keep an eye out. Totally unacceptable since we couldn't use our balcony under those conditions. Do not believe when they offer you 5 free stuff if you book a cruise with Norwegian. I did and got nothing, it is a scam, stay away from them.
They charge you for everything even for a behind the scenes tour in the ship (all other cruises are free).
The shows variety are poor, for a seven day cruise we got only two shows, repeated two time, a terrible magician and not so funny ...
