We sailed out of Barcelona on NCL Epic 7/23 for 7 nites. We were in cabin 11103, same weird bathroom design etc. Tons of storage, bed a bit too short, nice bigger balcony.

Grandson chose this ship because of the waterslides, as good a reason as any! He was right, excellent facilities for children of all ages. If so inclined parents could "dump" their children in Kids Club from 9/10am to 1.30am next day! Just have to suffer them at mealtimes! As a travelling group of 9 people, with the ages from 19-78, we had to choose a cruise worked for everyone. The Epic is a big ship but never felt over crowded.

Wanted to take our two daughters and all 6 grandkids (10 to 18) on a 'cruise of a lifetime', so chose 3 days on land in Barcelona, then a week's Mediterranean cruise aboard Norwegian EPIC.

I will never go back with Norwegian Cruise line. Most of the crew members are very rude. No customer service whatsoever. They charge for room service, They charge for any snacks in the middle of the ship. Guess service are horrible. The other cruise lines are much better at it.
