First time to the Arctic and we highly recommend it. This ship was very clean and the staff were fantastic! Lack of communication when we had a shuttle into town available. This was a return to cruising after a few years, and it certainly won't be as long before the next! Cruised on the Star from Tromso to Reykjavik, and loved it.

We chose this cruise and ship because of the itinerary which included Norway and Iceland. The interior designers did a wonderful job, it is beautiful. And because it's a new ship it was sparkling. Embarkation was a NIGHTMARE. Hours waiting outside and completely disorganized. Never encountered anything like it ever with NCL or any other cruise line.
