We chose this 10 day cruise with 8 stops in the British Isles because there was only one day at sea and the ports looked amazing. I prepaid for the short excursion a few months in advance, but Prima charged one of the excursions again on the credit card provided for the stateroom. I tried to clarify the duplicate charge during the cruise, but short excursions only work a few hours, and it was impossible to find the office open. Guest Service did not have access to the tour. Prima is new and beautiful. And yet, NCL, managed to deliver one of the poorest cruising experiences I’ve had (I’ve done at least 20 cruises). The cruise has a lot of fun things to do, but if you want to do any of them, be ready to pay (everything is expensive) and make a reservation and then have that reservation canceled. 3 changes in itinerary. Cruised with my sister and was excited to visit both Iceland and Greenland. Flew in two days earlier and explored Reykjavik before start of cruise. First time sailing platinum, enjoyed the extra perks. Ship was full but was able to find quiet places. Spice H2O was nice, has 2 hot tubs plus really comfortable seating.
