Lets start out by saying that we know the free at sea air program is new but.... it needs a serious overhaul. They had us going from el paso to seattle then to orlando the way there. 6pm -6am . We will not cruise the Norwegian sun again. We never saw our room steward the whole trip. All he/she did was bring fresh towels daily and make or turn down bed. You have to keep in mind that this is a smaller, dated ship. Your expectations should be equal.

We chose this cruise because it fit a tight schedule perfectly. We "Lyfted" from the airport for less than $20 when Norwegian wanted over $60 for 2 people. Once we arrived at the port boarding was amazingly simple, we just zoomed right in. We were allowed to go to our cabin at 14:00 and our bags were right there when we got off the elevator on our deck.
